1. To secure your booking, a down payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
2. The down payment is non-refundable, and failure to provide it within the given time frame will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
3. The remaining balance of the total amount is due upon arrival.
4. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of the full amount of the reservation.
5. Changes in the reservation dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
6. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card used to make the booking.
7. The reservation is not transferable to another party without the prior written consent of the management.
8. The management reserves the right to cancel any reservation and provide a full refund of the down payment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
